Here is a 3-way swivel that will save time. You can change your crawler harness without having to untie and tie your rigs.  Most crawler harnesses come with a loop at the end.  If not, tie a loop at the end and slide it over one of  the open end of the 3-way swivel.  Do the same with your fishing rod line and with the sinker leader. The other plus to this swivel is when you reel up your line you can put the hook in the hook holder, slide the sinker leader off the swivel and not have it banging around in the boat or getting it tangled up in your line or with other rods. These swivels do not follow the same sizes as a regular 3-way swivel.  This size is a #2, the loop where the line goes is the same size as a #4, 3-way swivel, the overall length is about the same as a #2, 3-way swivel.
This is a #2 Quick Change 3-Way Swivel.
