    Condition : Broken.  The device powered on with batteries.  The device played some games.  We were unable to get the joystick to work.  After trying the device for a little while, the system went into a boot loop.  I am not really sure how to use the device.  I believe it is broken.  Battery cover missing.  Only the part pictured is included.
