* Leitz 12cm (120mm) Summar f/4.5 lens
Made by E. Leitz Wetzlar Germany
* This is one of the lenses designed for the Leitz Aristophot system
for photomicrography and photomacrography.
* This is not a c-mount or Leica Thread Mount lens.
* Included with the lens is the 120/150 adapter for the Aristophot system.
* The threaded adapter is close to LTM but has a finer thread and is a hair larger in diameter.
* 14-blade diaphragm.
Aperture markings 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96.
( These aperture numbers are so-called Stolze numbers.
An increase by a factor of 2 corresponds to an increase in exposure time by a factor of 2.
The Stolze number 2 refers to f/4.5.  The Stolze number 4 refers to f/6.3.
The number 6 refers to f/7.7.  12 refers to f/11.  24 refers to f/15.4.  48to f/22.  96 to f/31. )

Condition
* The glass is crystal clear throughout.
* The glass surfaces appear to have never been touched, never been polished or cleaned.
* The aperture ring moves smoothly between aperture settings 12 and 96 but
does not want to open up wider than the setting 12.
I suggest sending it to Leica for the work.
