This listing is for a  White long sleeve zipper back dress with bell sleeves. There is an elastic loop on each sleeve so that when you raise your arms, the sleeve won't fall down over your arm. It's made of a  polyester knit and can be worn alone or with tunics or ephods over it. My photo has the skirt all bunched up because the dress is so long.
