Pair Vintage Atlas Hollow Paper Drills Punches 5/16" & 1/4"

Description

Possible new old stock.  The cutting surfaces are clean and sharp and may have never been used, hard to say.  The chuck ends have some minor rust.  One bit is 5/16" and the other is 1/4".  Two identical sets are available.  I will combine shipping.
