RARE Multi-Surface Coated Goerz 16½" f/7.7 Dagor in Ilex 5 Shutter 11X14 16X20

I said I was bringing out the big guns and I wasn't kidding.  This is perhaps the single best ULF 16½" Goerz Dagor on earth.  If you're a serious player in 11X14, 12X20, 14X17, 16X20 then you know what you're looking at.
This Dagor was de-cemented by Focal Point, polished, aligned, re-cemented, multi-surface coated.  I wasn't messing around when I said it's the best one on earth.  OK, ok, maybe a NEW ,000 Schneider Kreuznach whatever they call their monster dagor remake is as good.  But it's ,000 bucks.  And it's slower, significantly slower.
This comes with everything you see, including the documentation from Focal Point in Colorado, who I understand is no longer doing these?  All the more reason to jump at this opportunity.
Everything about it is perfect, including the sweet old Ilex 5 shutter that's running like a proverbial Top.  It comes with a lens wrap, not shown.  And it will be insured to it's destination (in USA; I'm not sure how the global thing works)
02-24-2021 I've just removed 2 images that were previously part of the description and added 2 new ones.  I want to show an imperfect edge on the verso of the front group.  This rough area was likely there after manufacture and passed through as of no effect.  Because it's of no effect.  But because of the cost of this item, I don't want any buyers remorse drama.  It seems to me there's been an increase of fussiness with buyers, particularly in other lands.  DO NOT BUY this if you cannot accept that it is an artifact of 100 years age made in a time when no one fussed about an edge imperfection or a bubble in high quality glass.  Go buy the Schneider remake instead.
The price is more than fair.  This is extremely desirable to an eclectic group of image makers working in gigantic formats.  Don't let it get away.
