A one of a kind red and black spandex minidress, upcycled from (new) bikini bottoms! Super sexy cutout mini skirt with attached top with keyhole halter neckline. There are two sets of straps, one set crosses in an x and the other ties behind your neck.
Best fits size small/medium, shown on a xs/small mannequin (31-24-34")
