This is a vintage apple green, sturdy, true feria skirt- deep ruffles, fitted hip yoke and full cotton underskirt with a double pocket for castenets, etc., as is used after Easter in Spain to celebrate for one week each year, dance Sevillanas! Skirt opens widely for movement
Excellent vintage condition, with a bonus blouse which is compatible in coloration, dotted, by Liz Claiborne Co. , size 10.
The skirt was likely custom made, with no label. It is fully lined and in fine condition. all cotton.(with some faint discolorations here and there, not noticeable unless looked for) There are two circles of small extra ruffles of the same fabric, which could be used to decorate other accessories to be worn with the skirt, like a  pico, as cuffs or neckline for a different top, even on an apron, or to ma
ke a flower for the hair.
